for real this time
I think I've put off getting off this baby weight long enough. I've done all I can with eating right, not eating dinners late and not snacking on the greasy fatty stuff, but that all only goes so far. Tomorrow is day 1 of working out. My goal is to see some sort of progress by Easter, and then by the beginning of June. I'm going to start doing the 30day shred with a friend of mine. I think its so hard to get off track if you are by yourself. If you have someone to sort of be accountable to, it helps. Then I'm going to try and continue our evening walks. They usually last about 20 minutes or so. All that plus drinking lots of water, I hope to see some results!

Good luck, B! The beginning is always hard, but trust me, it'll be so worth it and once you found a new workout routine, it'll be much easier to stick to it!
My baby will be 1 on April 24th and I am still carrying much baby weight. My goal is to fit into my good jeans by his birthday.
